About Us
Whether it's Avocado, Grape, or Hemp our experienced staff is here to help with your Federal or Crop Hail Insurance needs.
Our company was founded by Domenic Fino who began farming with his family forty years ago in California. Those years growing and developing an expertise in Almond, Citrus, Grape, Peaches and Plums, positions our brokerage to be unique among the many agencies you can choose from. Growing grapes and making wine gives us insight on helping other growers with their crops as well.

Our team know the day-to-day crop issues all to well. Regulation, Labor, Market Risk, Water, and Food Safety - all the factors that play into keeping your operation growing. Selecting the appropriate Federal Multi-peril or Crop Hail Insurance for your agribusiness operation is vital to insure your financial well-being. Choosing a partner that speaks your farmer language helps to make sure your program is simple and easy to maintain. To free up your time for important matters like hunting and fishing!

"We know the crops because we grow the crops."
Domenic Fino
CEO, Problem Solver, Farmer
Mr. Fino founded the brokerage to serve the crop insurance needs of agricultural producers and the independent insurance agencies that service this market segment. With over 2 decades experience in the field of federal and private crop insurance, Mr. Fino frequently speaks on crop insurance at IRMI Agribusiness Conference and other regional events throughout the west.
As a third-generation family farmer himself, in Dinuba CA, Domenic grows wine grapes, almonds, organic peaches and plums. A life of actual farming for over 40 years has equipped him with the skills and insight to help producers throughout the six western states.
Domenic values a thorough skillset. For his own professional development, he earned his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation and Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialist (AFIS). In addition, he is a licensed Pest Control Advisor (PCA), and a licensed Certified Crop Advisor (CCA).
Jaimie Qua
Administrative Assistant
Jaimie enjoys being in the background; neither seen nor heard. If you attempt to speak to her on the phone, you'll undoubtably hear a screaming toddler in the background if she isn't included in the conversation. Jaimie usually loses all mental processing capacity by lunch time, so she's only available for a few hours in the mornings before the coffee loses its effectiveness and both she and the toddler need a nap. She used to work in retail and accounts payable, but now she's just a slave to her family, trying to earn a little extra money to support her plant addiction and buy more snacks for the children who never eat an actual meal.

Karen Looper
Administrative Assistant,
GIS Technician, Accounting Department
Karen has over 15 years of experience in Management and Accounting in the food, auto and livestock industries. Living in Tennessee you may have noticed a friendly southern twang if you have spoken with her on the phone.
Her mapping skills and detail-oriented personality are an asset when helping our growers with mapping their fields and keeping their policies and billing on track. The maps she draws provide growers with an additional tool for their farming operations and help to ensure that our grower’s policy information is as up to date and accurate as possible.
She is happily married to her husband Karl, they have 5 daughters and one son who are all grown, and 11 grandchildren. Karen and her husband love being out on the lake, fishing, and spending time with their dogs in the free time they have.
